Bitter Employees

Sometimes as a small business owner you make horrible mistakes. And I made one last month. I hired a guy to run sales for my company and he SOLD ME" on how good he was. Go to find out he did absolutely nothing AND WHEN WE LET HIM GO he posted things on scam sites lol. Its a shame. I could care less who says what about me. I know the man i am, i feel bad for my employees. They have families to feed and collectively we are going to press charges against him. Our attorney LOVES this kind of stuff. I find it so boring and mundane so i guess everyone wins. Write me if this has happened to you!!!!
